Another Reminder: Don’t Text and Drive

By Lisa Hendey • Mar 8th, 2010 • Category: Lisa's Blog, Technology, Teens

TandD_widget_graphicI have fallen in love with texting, especially as a great way to keep in touch with my beloved teenage sons, but this article is a great reminder that we need to continually fight the urge to multitask while driving.  For more information on the AT&T “It Can Wait” campaign, visit their website here.  Also, here’s a helpful Parent’s Guide to connecting with your kids via Text.

I don’t text while driving, but am guilty of checking my iPhone at red lights – this campaign reminds me that I am setting a bad example for my kids that could lead to life and death circumstances.  Email and phone calls can wait too!
