thompson_katieThe Liturgy of the Word with Children: A Complete Three-Year Program Following the Lectionary – Katie Thompson offers this perfectly delightful and all-inclusive resource covers Years A, B, and C of the liturgical cycle. It is perfect for parishes who schedule a children s Liturgy of the Word as well as for those who simply want materials to prepare children for the weekly liturgy. It is geared to ages 5-8 and for each week of the lectionary cycle there are creative hand-out activity sheets that involve children in the scriptural message. Best of all, it offers informative background notes and directions for liturgy leaders, parents, catechists, and all who work with parish children. This is a must-have resource for every parish.

Gospel Team - Laura Grace, has taught first grade religious education for over ten years and writes our lesson plans from St. Nicholas Chapel at the Pax River Naval Air Station in Patuxent River, Maryland. Elyse Wilson lives with her husband and six children on Yongsan Army Garrison in Seoul, Korea. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Theology. Among other things, she enjoys teaching Religious Education classes, studying her Bible, and spending time with her six children (five boys and one girl) and her husband, Col. Russell A. Wilson of the US Air Force. She hopes that her Mass worksheets will help children become more enthusiastic about their faith, and her ultimate goal is to design another worksheet that will keep her husband awake during Mass. Lisa Hendey is the founder and webmaster of CatholicMom.com and loves to color and work puzzles!
