		<description>Sorry to hear about your recent computer experience.  Given that you could still reinstall windows it would be more accurate to say that windows got fried instead of your hard drive.  If you havent finished taking it to the shop there is still a chance to save your files.  One would be to reinstall windows, without reformating, and telling the software to install to an alternative directory.   Secondly you could use a free Linux Live Cd to access the files on your hard drive.  Linux has the advantage of being able to run independent of the hard drive.
