Yes, you read it right.  But before you write me off as a weirdo, take a look at this post on saturated fats, and especially follow the links at the bottom to read more.  I certainly don’t want you to take MY word for it, but I do hope you are motivated by what you read to KEEP RESEARCHING the topic…you may be very surprised at where you are led.

Remember, the Truth will set you free.  (John 8:32) In this case, you could be free from the health problems or weight issues that may have been hounding you for years.
