Gospel Team - Laura Grace, has taught first grade religious education for over ten years and writes our lesson plans from St. Nicholas Chapel at the Pax River Naval Air Station in Patuxent River, Maryland. Elyse Wilson lives with her husband and six children on Yongsan Army Garrison in Seoul, Korea. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Theology. Among other things, she enjoys teaching Religious Education classes, studying her Bible, and spending time with her six children (five boys and one girl) and her husband, Col. Russell A. Wilson of the US Air Force. She hopes that her Mass worksheets will help children become more enthusiastic about their faith, and her ultimate goal is to design another worksheet that will keep her husband awake during Mass. I love everything you do. Great job. It help us be more prepared for our Sunday CCE class. Question on your Previous lesson plan for the Gospel crossword puzzle i was able to copy and paste the puzzle to a word document. We do that so we can change some wording to help our kids find the passage in the bible. Plus match the words to the bible we use at our parish. Is there a way we can get this crossword puzzle in a word document?

Dear Lisa,
I am using your materials for this weekend, they are great!! I did notice that the word search and crosswrod puzzle have the wrong title to Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, they read, “Second Sunday of Ordinary Time” rather than the “Second Sunday of Advent”. I am giving extra credit to the children who can idetify the mistake.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention – unfortunately I’m unable to fix them for this week so I appreciate your flexibility! I will pay closer attention in the future. I’m using a new program and am still working out some of the kinks.
